Top Management 

• Janani Venkatraman is the CEO and has 20+ years of experience in various fields of biology, with over ten years focused on infection drug discovery. Janani received a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from the Indian Institute of Science and trained as a FRAXA fellow at Yale University, USA. Janani has multiple publications in international journals to her credit.
• Arindam Ghatak is the CTO and has over 8 years’ experience working across multiple domains ranging from infectious disease to systems and synthetic biology. Arindam graduated from the University of Calcutta with a degree in Biophysics and Molecular Biology.
• K.S. Ramanujan is the Head of Engineering and has been working with cutting-edge technologies for over 30 years (VLSI, embedded systems and systems biology mathematical modelling). He has also been the Honorary Professor, BITS Pilani, handling IC fabrication technology, VLSI synthesis, DFT and VLSI testing and Analog IC. He graduated with a Siemens Gold medal as an electrical engineer from IIT, Madras.
• Shailesh Kumar is Director, Global Sales and Business Development. He has over 2 decades of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product and Portfolio Management in the B2B space. He has previously worked with TE Connectivity, Thermo Fisher, Saint-Gobain and Merck (Millipore) where he has held senior leadership positions and provided strategic guidance.
